Drotha Homes started because renting a 1 BHK in Bengaluru is unnecessarily stressful. Listings are stale, brokers ask for a month's rent to open a door, and deposits vanish into vague "damages" at the end. We thought a small, carefully managed set of homes could simply be better.
Today we manage four 1 BHKs across HSR Layout, Bengaluru, and we are adding more in the same neighbourhood on purpose. Staying in one area means we know the plumbers, the electricians and the building associations, which is why repairs get done in days rather than weeks.
Who our homes suit

Why HSR Layout
It is one of the few parts of Bengaluru where you can walk to breakfast, cycle to a park, reach the Outer Ring Road tech corridor in twenty minutes, and still sleep in a quiet lane. Sectors 1 to 6 all have proper water supply, established buildings and a young, working crowd.
