This website does not have user accounts and does not store your enquiry on our servers. The enquiry form on the contact page simply composes a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself. Nothing you type is saved by the website.

When you message, call or email us, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, budget and preferred move-in date. If you decide to rent a home, we additionally collect the identity, address and employment documents needed for the rental agreement and police verification, as required by law and by building associations.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange visits, prepare a rental agreement, collect and refund rent and deposit, coordinate maintenance, and meet legal obligations such as agreement registration.

Only the people who need it: the property owner where we act on their behalf, the building association or security desk for entry records, service vendors we send for repairs, and government or registration authorities where required. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with brokers, listing portals, or marketing companies.

Messages you send us go through WhatsApp, and are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Email you send us is handled by our email provider. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Basic technical logs may be recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.

Enquiries that do not lead to a tenancy are kept for up to 12 months so we can tell you when a suitable home opens up. Tenancy records and agreement documents are kept for as long as required by law and for a reasonable period after the tenancy ends for accounting and dispute purposes.

Documents are kept in access-restricted storage and shared only with the people listed above. We ask for the minimum we need, and we do not keep copies of documents we were not required to collect.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to support@drothahomes.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This website and our rentals are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect details of anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be mentioned to current tenants directly.
